More class formats coming soon Barre Fire- Once you've gained strength in Foundations, challenge yourself with more cardio and advanced positions. Recommended after 10+ Foundations classes. Barre Define- Using Foundations positions, target specific muscle groups for lean muscle growth with weights and added resistance. Recommended for all levels. Barre Bounce- Combine classic barre with fun, dynamic work on a trampoline rebounder. The gentle down-bounce movement in this class is great for the lymphatic system, building bone density, and adds in fun cardio intervals. Recommended for all levels. Barre Bootcamp- Boost your stamina and strength with these short, interval based, higher intensity cardio classes. Recommended after 10+ Foundations classes.
